You’ll be picked-up in a private vehicle from your hotel and head downtown for a brief historical walk. You’ll visit the exact site where the city was founded. The walk will end at the famous Sé Cathedral (considered the 4th largest Neo-Gothic cathedral in the world).

The tour will continue by private vehicle passing by the São Bento monastery (historical Benedictine Neo-Romanesque church), the Martinelli Tower (the first Skyscraper in São Paulo), and the Banespa Tower (considered the biggest structure of armed concrete in the world, it resembles New York’s “Empire State building").

You’ll also pass by the St. Francis church (18th century church), São Paulo’s Municipal Theater (significant for its architectural value as well as for its historical importance), São Paulo’s Law School (the city’s first established university), the Tea Bridge, the Italian Tower (second tallest building in Brazil, considered historical patrimony) and City Hall (an imposing building made entirely of travertine marble).
In addition you’ll drive through several interesting areas such as “Liberdade” (home to the largest Japanese community outside of Japan in the world), Paulista Avenue (a historical avenue regarded as the most expensive real estate anywhere in Latin America and one of the main business centers of São Paulo) and Ibirapuera Park (It’s importance to São Paulo is comparable to that of Central Park to New York City).

Another place you will visit, is the Municipal Market (Belle époque confection of stained glass and a series of vast domes, specializing in fresh produce and dried goods, a great place to sample classic delights).

After visiting the Market, the next stop is the Luz district, located just minutes away. In this region of the city is concentrated the old railway stations, an important vector for the development of the city at the beginning of the 20th century. As stations were reframed and today, in addition to trains, they also host museums, concert halls and snack bars.

Continuing the tour, we will head to the North Zone of the city, closest to the Santana neighborhood, to visit the Open Museum of Urban Art, one of the largest collections of graffiti and the Urban Art of São Paulo and we will also make a panoramic visit to the Sambódromo, place that hosts the famous Carnival parades, the biggest party in Brazil.

Now, we head to the west side of São Paulo, passing through the Pacaembu neighborhood, where you´ll find the Pacaembu football stadium and the Football Museum, the only one of its kind in the whole country.

After that, you´ll visit Vila Madalena Neighborhood (a bohemian area full of art studios and which possesses the best murals in town). Also in the same neighborhood your guide will take you to the Sunset Square (a place where you can enjoy some of the greatest views of the city).

We will continue our tour, heading towards the south of São Paulo, in order to visit the newest financial areas of the city. You will be impressed by the number of commercial and residential towers that have been built over the past 20 years. The region known as Brooklyn, is home to one of the newest postcards of the city, the famous “Stay Bridge”, inaugurated in 2008, standing approximately 140 meters high.

After that, you will arrive at the Morumbi region, a residential district that developed more strongly since the 1970s and today concentrates attractions such as the largest football stadium in São Paulo (Morumbi stadium), the government palace of São Paulo, the Oscar Americano Foundation, the Lina Bo Bardi Institute, among others.

Once you’ve had the chance to enjoy this wonderful Tour, your guide will drive you back to the starting point.
